Yoga at breathe can be as much or as little as you want it to be.
We offer beginner, gentle and open level classes in Hatha, Baptiste Power Vinyasa and Pilates 7 days a week.

yoga for beginners
|
As Baron Baptiste would say, "Don’t build your house on sand." As a Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio, we offer beginner classes for those interested in a power yoga practice. We also offer Yoga 101 to prepare those students who prefer a traditional hatha practice.
